Our approach
HusbandHQ handles personal relationship information. We collect only what is needed to provide the features you choose, protect it with account-based access controls, and do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising.
Information you provide
This can include account information, relationship profile details, reminders, confirmed memories, coaching text, screenshots you deliberately upload, gift and date preferences, city or neighborhood, and support messages.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate your account, synchronize selected app data, provide coaching and planning, apply safety checks, enforce usage limits, process subscriptions, deliver requested notifications, support exports and deletion, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Service providers
HusbandHQ uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, OpenAI for safety and coaching processing, Apple for app distribution and purchases, Google Maps Platform for live place search, and transactional email providers. Data sent to a provider is limited to the feature being used. A provider may retain limited request data for security or abuse monitoring under its published policies even after HusbandHQ removes its own temporary copy.
Google Maps
Date planning is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps Platform Terms. Private planning constraints are not included in Google search queries.
Your controls
You can edit or delete supported profile details and confirmed memories, delete coaching history, request a portable data export, and request account deletion from the app when that production workflow is enabled. Contact support@thehusbandhq.com for privacy help.
Safety and legal requests
We may preserve or disclose limited information when required by law, necessary to protect the service, or needed to address credible safety threats. HusbandHQ is not an emergency service.
